ECENA held its first plenary meeting in Zagreb, Croatia, on January 19-20, 2006. The ECENA national network coordinators and deputy network coordinators, representatives of the European Commission, and representatives of the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe took part in the event. The plenary meeting was co-chaired by a representative of EC DG Environment and a representative of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Physical Planning and Construction of Croatia.
