The fourth plenary meeting took place in Brussels, Belgium on October 6-7, 2009

ECENA held its fourth plenary meeting in Brussels, Belgium on October 6-7, 2009. The ECENA national network coordinators and deputy network coordinators, representatives of the European Commission, representatives of the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe and guest speakers from other networks and organisations (IMPEL, IMPEL-TFS, EPTISA) took part in the event. The meeting was co-chaired by the European Commission and the Regional Environmental Center in its capacity as ECENA Secretariat.
