Description: At the regular annual assembly of IMPEL member countries, the IMPEL Secretariat presented the network's activities, including a review, business plan, financial status, the rules of IMPEL and possible amendments, the signed Memorandum for Cooperation between the European Commission and IMPEL, the new website of IMPEL, as well as applications for membership by Lombardy, Italy and for observer status by Iceland. During the session, 16 projects included in the LIFE+ Programme for 2010 were presented and the leading countries to manage the projects were selected. The application of IMPEL member countries for participation in the projects also took place.
